Toufee is an online application simmilar to iMovie or Microsoft Movie Maker but for editing Flash movies.  No software download and will work cross platform.

With Toufee you can add interactive content to your videos that is not possible in other video editors.  Since you are editing Flash files your end result does not have to be a video but can be an interactive Flash file.
